Keto Candied Pecans

Ingredients:
•4 cups of Pecan Halves (16oz)
•1 egg white
•1 tsp Vanilla
•1 cup brown sugar substitute (I used brown sugar swerve)
•2 tsp cinnamon
•1/2 tsp nutmeg
•1/2 tsp cloves
•1/4 cup butter-melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Whisk egg white until frothy. I used a hand frother.
3. In a large bowl, combine pecans with egg white, vanilla and melted butter.
4. Toss with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
5. Stir in brown sugar substitute.
6. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Spread pecans on the baking sheet. Spread evenly.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, tossing half way through!
8. Remove and let cool. Pecans will harden and become more crunchy as they cool.
Serving size is 16 and 2 net carbs per serving! Enjoy!
