Ingredients You’ll Need
*(Only 3 base ingredients + your favorite seasonings!)*

1 cup (225g) full-fat cottage cheese (low-fat works but won’t crisp as well)
1 large egg white (helps bind and crisp)
¼ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese (for extra crunch)

Seasonings of choice (try: garlic powder, smoked paprika, ranch, or everything bagel!)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Blend the Cottage Cheese Mixture (Key step for smooth, chip-ready batter!)
Blend cottage cheese & egg white – In a blender or food processor, mix until completely smooth (no lumps!).

Stir in parmesan – This adds extra crispiness.

2. Shape & Season the Chips
Line a baking sheet – Use parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Spoon small circles – Drop 1 tsp-sized dollops and spread thinly (the thinner, the crispier!).
Sprinkle with seasonings – Go classic with salt & pepper, or try ranch, chili lime, or cajun!

3. Bake or Air Fry to Crispy Perfection
Oven Method:
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 mins – Until golden and crisp.
Flip halfway – For even crunch.
Air Fryer Method (Faster & Crispier!):
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 mins – No flipping needed!

4. Cool & CRUNCH!
Let them cool 5 mins – They crisp up even more as they cool.
