Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps
Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Directions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Remove the skillet from heat and allow the beef mixture to cool slightly. Then, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
5. Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, place a portion of the beef mixture, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.
6. Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top of the filling.
7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
8. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
9. Air fry the wraps for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
10. Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve with additional ketchup and mustard on the side.
