Creamy Cucumber Tomato Salad

A refreshing and creamy salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 medium cucumbers, sliced in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
3 Roma tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, garlic powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion to the bowl.
Gently toss everything until well coated in the creamy dressing.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Garnish with a bit of extra dill if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or radishes for extra crunch.
