Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the cream cheese layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
For the blueberry topping:
1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
1 cup fresh blueberries (for topping)
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish to form an even crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the chilled crust using a spatula.
Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cream layer, smoothing it out gently.
Chill the assembled dessert for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to firm up and develop flavor.
