Coconut Curry Chickpeas

Instructions:
1. In the SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot, sauté onions and garlic over medium heat.
2. Add curry powder, turmeric, and chickpeas. Stir for 2 minutes.
3. Pour in coconut milk cover, turn to medium once clicking turn to low for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in spinach (if using) and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve with rice or flatbread.
