Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Utensil:
Saladmaster Food Processor
March 2025 Limited Edition 4qt. Mezzo or SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot
Ingredients:
• 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic #2 cone
• 2 cups milk or heavy cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp salt & pepper
• 1 cup spinach (optional)

 

Instructions:
1. In your 4qt. Mezzo or SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
2. Add milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
3. Stir in pasta, cover and turn to medium heat till clicking, turn to low for 20 minutes
4. If using spinach, stir it in and let it wilt for a minute.
5. Serve warm and enjoy this creamy delight!
