One-Pan Garlic Butter Shrimp & Quinoa

Utensil:

Saladmaster Food Processor

4qt Mezzo or SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot

Ingredients:
• 1 cup quinoa (rinsed)
• 2 cups vegetable broth
• 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic #2 cone
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt & pepper
• 1 lemon (juiced)
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
1. In your 4qt or Mezzoot SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot, add quinoa and vegetable broth. Cover and turn to medium heat once clicking turn to low for 10 minutes.
2. Once quinoa is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
5. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve over quinoa and enjoy
