Low Carb Keto Breakfast Pancakes 

Ingredients:

– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp cream cheese
– 1 tbsp almond flour
– 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
– Fillings of your choice (e.g., ham, mozzarella)
– Pinch of pepper

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, cream cheese, almond flour, parmesan cheese, and a pinch of pepper until everything is nicely blended.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour your batter in, shaping it into a pancake.
3. Cook until the edges look set, then flip it over and continue cooking until it turns a beautiful golden brown.
4. Once it’s cooked, add your favorite fillings on one half of the pancake, fold it over, and dig in, accompanied by your favorite hot black coffee.
