Ingredients:

– 1 cup almond flour
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup erythritol (a great sugar alternative!)
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 1/2 cup peanut butter (the creamy kind is my favorite!)
– 3 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– Pinch of salt
– Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips for topping

Directions:

1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a tart pan to prevent sticking.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol until well combined.
3. Next, add the melted butter, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
4. Pour the mixture into your prepared tart pan and use a spatula to smooth the top.
5. If you’re feeling a bit fancy, sprinkle some sugar-free chocolate chips on top for that extra touch!
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on it; when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, it’s ready to shine.
7. Let it cool completely before slicing—if you can wait that long!
