Keto Pizza

1 cup of mixed mozzarella and parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of almond flour
1 large egg
Seasoning to your liking (I used oregano, 1/2 tbsp of garlic paste, salt and pepper)

Mix all together

Mixture will look loose but that’s ok. I put a piece of parchment paper in a round 8″ baking pan poured the mixture in and spread it around, I like it thin.
Baked it for 10 minutes, took it out and flipped the crust
Now add your favorite toppings, I added low carb pizza sauce, sausage, chorizo, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese
Baked for another 10 minutes
