Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
– 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 avocado, diced

Directions:

1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon. If there’s excessive fat, drain it off.
