 Apple Salad

Ingredients:

– 3 medium-sized apples (any variety you prefer), cored and chopped into bite-sized pieces
– 1/2 cup chopped celery
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
– 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
– 1/4 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise

Instructions:
