Creamy Bacon Cheeseburger Cauliflower Skillet

Creamy Bacon Cheeseburger Cauliflower Skillet
Ingredients:
– 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 pound ground beef
– 6 slices of bacon, chopped
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the cauliflower florets and mix well.
5. Cover the skillet and let the cauliflower steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
6. Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon until well combined.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
