Fried Cabbage with Shrimp, Sausage & Bacon

Ingredients:

1. 5 slices of bacon, chopped
2. 1/2 cup yellow onions, chopped
3. 3 cups cabbage, cut in thin strips
4. 10-12 shrimp, tail off & deveined
5. 1 link of kielbasa or smoked sausage, cut 1/2 inch
6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
7. 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
8. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions:

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
4. Add the cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to wilt, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Push the cabbage to one side of the skillet and add the shrimp and sausage to the other side.
6. Cook the shrimp and sausage until they are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
7. Mix everything together in the skillet and drizzle with olive oil.
8. Sprinkle seafood seasoning and smoked paprika over the mixture and stir well to combine.
9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
10. Serve the fried cabbage with shrimp, sausage, and bacon hot, garnished with the crispy bacon on top.
