ingredients:
- 4 C fresh or frozen blackberries 🫐
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice 🍋

- 1 C all-purpose flour 🌾
- 1 C granulated sugar 🍬
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar 🤎
- ½ tsp cinnamon 🍂
- 6 Tbsp butter 🧈 (+ 4 Tbsp for greasing)
instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F 🔥.
2. Use 4 Tbsp of butter to heavily grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet 🍳.
3. Arrange blackberries in the skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice 💧.
4. In a bowl, mix egg, granulated sugar, and flour with a fork until crumbly 🥣.
5. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the berries 🍰.
6. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle evenly over the crumble 🍂.
7. Drizzle melted butter over the cobbler 🍯.
8. Bake until golden brown.
9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with whipped cream or ice cream 🍦.
