Easy Skillet Blackberry Cobbler

ingredients:
- 4 C fresh or frozen blackberries 
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice 
- 1 large egg 
- 1 C all-purpose flour 
- 1 C granulated sugar 
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar 
- ½ tsp cinnamon 
- 6 Tbsp butter
(+ 4 Tbsp for greasing)
instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
.
2. Use 4 Tbsp of butter to heavily grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet
.
3. Arrange blackberries in the skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice
.
4. In a bowl, mix egg, granulated sugar, and flour with a fork until crumbly
.
5. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the berries
.
6. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle evenly over the crumble
.
7. Drizzle melted butter over the cobbler
.
8. Bake until golden brown.
9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with whipped cream or ice cream
.
