2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
A square of sugar-free dark chocolate (for the "lava" center)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Melt the butter and mix with cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir in almond flour and the egg until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased ramekin, adding the dark chocolate square in the center.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, ensuring the center remains gooey.
