CARAMEL CHEESECAKE BARS

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup caramel sauce

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
3. Pour over crust and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.
4. Spread caramel sauce over the top. Chill before cutting into bars.
