Keto Cherry Pie Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar-free cherry pie filling
1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, Swerve sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Roll the dough into 1 1/2-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in the center of each ball.
Spoon a small amount of cherry pie filling into each indentation.
Brush the tops of the balls with melted butter.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden
