Keto Bacon and Egg Breakfast Pizza

1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir in 1 egg and mozzarella cheese until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and press it into a round pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
While the crust is baking, whisk together 2 eggs, heavy cream, and black pepper in a bowl.
Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the top. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.

Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
