3 tea spoons of almond meal.
1 table spoon of oil.
1-or a half of a table spoon(depends how you like it) of baking powder.
1 egg
Method
Mix all into the cup and beat it all up with a fork, then put in the microwave for 1min let it cool down cut up and Enjoy !!!
