Keto Brown Sugar Candied Walnuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups Walnuts
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
Instructions

Melt the butter and brown sugar substitute in a pot over medium heat.

Whisk the mixture until the brown sugar has melted completely.

Remove from the heat, and stir in the vanilla extract.

Toss in the walnuts, and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and let set for 30 minutes.
