Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits 

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter 
- 4 1/2 cups Bisquick or similar baking mix 
- 1 cup 7-Up or similar lemon-lime soda 
- 1 cup sour cream (do not use light) 
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425℉. Place the butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish and put it in the oven until melted. Remove from the oven 
.
2. In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick, 7-Up, and sour cream until combined. The dough will be sticky 

.
3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, sprinkling a little extra baking mix if needed. Roll or pat it into a 1-inch thick circle.
4. Cut out biscuits using a round cutter, a small bowl, or a glass. Place them in the pan with melted butter 
.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the biscuits sit, soaking up all the melted butter
.
