Cauliflower Hash Browns

Crispy, cheesy, and flavorful, these hash browns are irresistible!

INGREDIENTS :

🥦 2 bags (10 oz each) of Green Giant riced cauliflower
🧀 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
🥚 1 large egg
🧂 Sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Microwave each bag of cauliflower for 5 minutes.
3. Let cool, put in bowl.
4. Mix in 2 cups of cheese and an egg.
5. Add Himalaya sea salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
6. Put parchment paper on cookie sheet.
7. Use a biscuit cutter (I used the lid of a mason jar, thanks to my brilliant mother) and spoon mixture into cutter.
8. Cook on top rack for 25 minutes.
9. Let cool and enjoy!
