Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until beef is cooked through and onions are softened. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to season.
Step 3: Combine the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:
Cooked beef mixture
Cream of mushroom soup
Sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooked rice
Mixed veggies (if using)
Mix well until evenly coated.
