Dolly’s Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
3. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth. Stir until the stuffing is moistened.
5. Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken layer in the baking dish, ensuring it covers the chicken evenly.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
