Garlic Parmesan Meatloaves
Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground chicken.
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
• 2 garlic cloves, minced.
• 1 egg.
• 1/4 cup milk.
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
• 1 teaspoon onion powder.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• 1/4 cup marinara sauce.
• 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
Instructions:
• Heat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin tin.
• Combine chicken, parmesan, breadcrumbs. Add garlic, egg, milk. Mix in herbs and seasonings. Don't overmix.
• Divide into muffin tin. Press gently into shape.
• Cook 20-25 minutes. Until golden on top.
• Spoon marinara on each. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 5 more minutes.
