One-Pot Lemon Herb Salmon & Asparagus

SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in the SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot over medium heat.
2. Add salmon fillets (skin-side down) and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover, turn to medium heat then turn to low for 4-5 minutes.
3. Flip salmon, add garlic, asparagus, and lemon slices. Cover, turn back to medium till clicking then turn to low, for another 4 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite side.
