Rosemary Honey Garlic Butter Sauce 


Ingredients:
¼ cup honey
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter and add garlic and rosemary, cooking until fragrant.
2. Whisk in honey, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
3. Bring to a simmer, then stir in a slurry of cornstarch and water.
4. Simmer until thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
5. Season with black pepper and sea salt.
