Teriyaki Tofu and Veggies

Ingredients:
• 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp ginger #1 cone
• 1 bell pepper (sliced)
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• 2 cloves garlic #2 cone
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thick sauce)
Instructions:
1. In bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Toss tofu in the marinade for 10 minutes.
2. Heat sesame oil in the 5 Qt. (4.7L) Multi-Purpose Oil Core with Cover and sauté tofu until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, stir-fry bell pepper, broccoli, and garlic for 3 minutes.
4. Return tofu to the pan and pour in the remaining marinade.
5. If using cornstarch, mix it with 2 tbsp water and add to for a thicker sauce.
6. Stir well and serve over rice or noodles.
