Rhubarb Crumble Cinnamon Rolls
For the dough:
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¾ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
For the filling:
½ cup rhubarb jam or compote
1 tsp cinnamon
For the crumble topping:
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk and butter.
Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread rhubarb jam and sprinkle cinnamon.
Roll up and cut into 6–8 rolls. Place in baking dish.
Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
