Mediterranean Chickpea Salad

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
