One-Pot Chicken & Rice
Instructions:
1. Heat the SaladMaster 5 Qt. (4.7L) Multi-Purpose Oil Core Roaster over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Sauté chicken cubes until golden brown, set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
4. Add rice, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Place chicken back into the pot, cover, turn to medium once clicking turn to low for 10 minutes.
6. Add peas or mixed vegetables, stir, and cook for 5 more minutes.
7. Fluff rice and serve warm!
