One-Pot Corned Beef & Cabbage

A simple and classic St. Patrick’s Day dish

Ingredients:
• 1 small corned beef brisket (about 2 lbs)
• 1 onion (quartered)
• 2 carrots #4 cone
• 3 potatoes #3 cone
• ½ head cabbage (cut into wedges)
• 4 cups water
• 1 tsp black peppercorns
• 1 bay leaf
Instructions:
1. Place corned beef, onion, peppercorns, bay leaf, and water in the SaladMaster 5 Qt. (4.7L) Multi-Purpose Oil Core with Cover
2. Cover, turn to medium once clicking, turn to low for 1.5 hours until the beef is tender.
3. Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for another 20 minutes.
4. Add cabbage wedges and cook for 15 more minutes.
5. Slice corned beef and serve with vegetables.
