One-Pot Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Utensil:

Saladmaster Food Processor

SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot or SaladMaster 5 Quart Gourmet Wok or SaladMaster 7 Quart Wok

Ingredients:
• 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1 bell pepper (sliced)
• 3 cloves garlic #2 cone
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
• 1 tsp ginger #1 cone
• ½ cup water or beef broth
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)

 

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in the SaladMaster MP5 Liquid Core Crock Pot over medium heat.
2. Sauté beef slices until browned, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
4. Return beef to the pan and add soy sauce, honey, ginger, and broth. Stir well.
5. Mix in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with rice or noodles
