Cannoli Dip

Cannoli dip
•4 scoops of 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese (I did more hwc bc ricotta has more carbs)
•vanilla extract (eyeballed it and taste until you like)
•cinnamon (a whole bunch!)
•swerve confection sugar (eyeballed this as well but taste to your liking!)
•lily’s chocolate chips (yumm)
Chips
•mission low carb wraps (can use the zero carb minis if desired for less carbs)
•melted butter
•cinnamon
•swerve brown sugar
Directions
•make whipped cream from hwc with hand mixer in a bowl
•add ricotta, swerve, chocolate chips, vanilla, cinnamon in mixture and mix until combined and taste to your liking (if you have to add more of sugar/cinnamon/vanilla feel free!)
•put in fridge to set (20-30 mins)
•cut wraps into desired shapes
•melt butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl all together and brush over cut out wrap pieces
•either toast or bake until desired ”crunchiness”
Andddd whalaaa! Cannoli dip and chips!
Not sure the net carbs in this dish so I only eat a couple chips and dip lightly!
