Crab Shack Crab Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise, and mix until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the crab mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
